In order for us to connect to your devices with RAM Tracking we require your RAM Tracking Username & Password and you also need to generate an API Key;

You will need to produce your API key from within the RAM web portal.

This is located via the "Account" button in the top right once logged in and then select 'Get API Key'.

In order to connect your Verizon devices with us please can you;

1. Log into your Verizon account and begin the process to create your API integration here: https://reveal-help.verizonconnect.com/hc/en-gb/articles/5491815998099-Create-self-service-API-integrations

2. For section 3 of the account, you need to use the following information...

a. Integration Name : API for *insert insurer name here*

b. Developer Name : Matrix iQ

c. Developer email address : integrations@matrixiq.com

3. Once the Verizon self-service form is filled out we will be able to configure your API and your integration should be live within 24 hours.

Click "Submit" and we will contact you in the next 24 hours with instructions to complete the integration process.

In order to connect your Vimcar telematics your fleet manager needs to send an email to public-api@vimcar.com. Please CC in integrations@matrixiq.com.

Vimcar will then create the API integration and will send 2 encrypted emails to integrations@matrixiq.com and we will then configure your API. This can take up to 48 hours.

Please click submit below once your fleet manager has sent the required email to Vimcar.

In order to connect to TruTrack we will require your Username, Password and an API Key.

You can request this by logging into your TruTrack portal and entering the API section where you will be able to find your secret key details. Please post the secret key into the API Key section below;

Log into your GPS Live account and you will be able to obtain your GPS Live API Token which can be added to the API key field below.

Your API key can be found here; Settings>>Advanced>>API tab

Click "Submit" to complete the process.

In order to create an API Token, you need to go to the API Tokens page of your Dashboard, and click on "Add an API Token". Here, you'll be prompted to type a name for the Token (required), select the Tag Access (optional, you can leave it as it is for full Organization access) and the Scopes (optional, the Token has some basic permissions by default; check the Global Read box under Global category for read-only Admin access).

After you click Save, the API Token string (with format samsara_api_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) will be displayed in the top of the page one time only. Be sure to copy and store it safely on your end, since this is the only time the Token string is displayed. Please enter your API key below...

If you are a Webfleet customer and would like to request an API key please complete the online request form. To access the online request form you need to login to your My Account via the customer support portal on the Webfleet website or create a new account if required. Then choose API key request in the Category drop-down menu.
